At L.I.F. which stands for low impact fitness, our mission is to help seniors improve breathing, range of motion, mobility, flexibility, endurance, reaction time, focus and balance.
We have a ball while throwing a ball! When you are engaged in a process where you throw, catch, roll and bounce a ball, you are engaged at a level where your whole body is involved. As we get older, our muscles and bones break down and seniors need a plan that is consistent and healthy. So, here’s a thanks in advance for your presence we look forward to you catching some balls with us.
Come Stretch with Us! Safety is my number one concern. Our seniors will testify that I’m always promoting safety first and I would never put a senior in a position to do something that would make them feel uncomfortable. They just move on to the next exercise. Its about pushing yourself, me guiding you, not hurting you in this process.
