L.I.F. stands for low impact fitness, our mission is to guide individuals on a physical training journey to reach their genetic potential.
We train individuals through a course of full body stretching, calisthenics, and weight training. We combine intensity with focus, determination, and thorough knowledge of body mechanics. We realize that all individuals are different and require a specialized training module.
No matter your strength or fitness level, everyone is welcome here at L.I.F.! Our goal is to navigate a person through a series of multiple exercises to achieve desired results. This requires a person to bring their whole self and trust that L.I.F. will usher them upon a way of superior physicality.
